Text or call 865-771-2448 and a 15-20 minute consultation is scheduled so we can meet, decide if we think this is a possible fit for what you want to accomplish in your therapy. If we decide to move forward, your first appointment will be scheduled, your Client Portal will be available with all the necessary paperwork such as Intake Form, Consent for Treatment, HIPAA Requirements. If you are using your EAP or Insurance we also need a copy of that paperwork and your insurance Card. All must be completed and signed from your Client Portal PRIOR to your first therapy apppointment. Co-Payments are expected at the time of your appointment.
